We offer the sale of electronic equipment through our online platform.
We engage in research and development related to hydrogen propulsion technology and associated intellectual property.
Applicability
This Agreement governs the relationship between H Marine and all parties engaging with our services, whether as customers, business partners, or visitors to our website.
Online Transactions
Any purchase or transaction conducted via our online store, upon its activation, is subject to the terms of this Agreement.
Data Collection & Security
H Marine collects and securely stores certain personal information, including names,email addresses, and contact numbers, in compliance with relevant data protection laws.
Payment transactions are processed through third-party providers, including Stripe and PayPal.
H Marine does not retain any payment information and assumes no liability for any security breaches or data mishandling by these payment service providers.
Manufacturer’s Warranty
All newly installed products include a manufacturer’s warranty as set forth on the respective manufacturer’s website.
H Marine Warranty Policy
H Marine does not provide additional warranties beyond those specified by the manufacturer.

Compliance with Consumer Law

Liability Limitations

Warranty Limitations
Warranty coverage is void if products are modified post-installation by any party other than HMarine.

The User shall not engage in fraudulent,unlawful, or abusive activities in relation to H Marine’s services.
Violation of these clauses may result in immediate termination of service and potential legal action.
Right to Terminate
H Marine reserves the right to terminate services at its sole discretion.
Consequences of Termination
In cases where a refundable deposit applies, H Marine will issue a refund in accordance with its policies.
If a User is found to have engaged in misconduct, malpractice, or any activity that violates these Terms, H Marinemay terminate services without notice.
The Company shall not be liable for any losses incurred due to such termination.
Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.
Dispute Resolution

By engaging with our services, you agree that any legal proceedings shall be conducted under Australian jurisdiction.

User Acknowledgement
Continued use of our services following the publication of updated terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
